About Me
I'm Savannah Johns, a writer, storyteller, and communications specialist passionate about crafting compelling narratives that inform, connect, and inspire. With a background in journalism, public relations, and digital strategy, I bring a thoughtful and strategic approach to content creation, media relations, and audience engagement.
As the Communications Coordinator at Adoption Network Cleveland, I manage the organization’s storytelling efforts—from developing an engaging e-newsletter to writing press releases, curating media outreach, and optimizing website content for greater visibility. My experience extends to editorial leadership, having served as Managing Editor of The Buchtelite, where I honed my skills in news writing, editing, and overseeing a team of reporters.
Beyond my professional work, I am dedicated to advocacy and community engagement. As a CASA volunteer, I support children navigating the court system by amplifying their voices and advocating for their best interests.
I believe in the power of storytelling to create change, foster understanding, and build meaningful connections. Let’s connect and share stories that matter.
